LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 3: Hula Dancer

The Hula Dancer is exclusive to set 8803, The Collectible Minifigure Series 3.

Minifigure Parts and Accessories
The Hula Dancer is composed of five main parts: hair piece, head, torso, skirt, and legs.

The hair piece is a black version of part 85974, a new color for this piece. The hair piece has a pink flower printed on the left side.

The head print is a new, female print with a toothy grin sharing in the spirit of 'Aloha'.

The torso is yellow with yellow arms and hands. The torso print shows a bikini top and lei. The print does not extend to the back.

The legs are yellow with green hips. There is some green print on the legs in a bikini bottom pattern.

There is a green 'grass' skirt, made of the same cloth-like material as LEGO capes. This is a new part for the LEGO universe.

The accessory that comes with this figure is a pair of brown maracas,  the same as those featured with the Series 2 Maraca Man (part 90301pb01).

Army Building Potential
The ABP for the figure is moderate - a few of these ladies, some head and hair changes, and you are ready for a minifig luau with The Surfer and Lifeguard.

Feeling It Out
This one's going to be tough. The maracas would be unique, but likely difficult to feel through the bag.

Bar Codes
Unlike previous series of collectible minifigures, there will be no secondary bar codes to help determine what figure is inside. However, there are a series of 'bumps' on the bottom of the packages that can be used to identify the contents (LEGO Series 3 Collectible Minifigure Codes). These codes were provided courtesy of FBTB.net and Rick Theroux.

The Big Draw
The big draws here are likely to be the hair, now in black, and the skirt in green. Female minifigures are also always more rare, so the head and torso print may also be attractive.
