Minifigure Parts and Accessories
The Sumo is composed of four main parts: hair piece, head, torso, and legs.
The hair piece is new, exhibiting a top-knot style in black. This would compliment The Samurai Warrior, or any other Asian minifig theme you might create.
The head print is new, with a stern and serious look.
The torso, arms, and hands are all classic yellow. The torso print on the front is supposed to resemble rolls of fat, as there are no 3D 'belly' elements here. There is no print on the back of the torso.
The legs are yellow with black hips and no visible print. Very simple.

The Sumo Wrestler has dedicated his life to the ancient art of sumo. He has earned the nickname “The Immovable Object” for his ability to stand perfectly still while his opponent tries to push him over or out of the sumo ring. He’s recognized wherever he goes, and is always happy to stop and sign autographs for his many fans.
He may be big and strong (in fact, he’s VERY big and VERY strong), but the Sumo Wrestler is also extremely health-conscious. He watches his calories, makes sure to get plenty of fiber in his meals, and always finishes his vegetables. Like he says, you can’t get big and strong without taking good care of yourself!
Army Building Potential
The ABP for the figure is low. Really, the only thing I see desirable here is the hair piece. Even then a few of them will do.
Feeling It Out
This will be difficult as there aren't many distinctive parts to feel through the polybag. It may be more about what you can't feel than looking for a particular element.
Bar Codes
Unlike previous series of collectible minifigures, there will be no secondary bar codes to help determine what figure is inside. However, there are a series of 'bumps' on the bottom of the packages that can be used to identify the contents (LEGO Series 3 Collectible Minifigure Codes). The Big Draw
As I mentioned before the hair piece is the real draw here. The top-knot design is unique and not previously available. It can add flare to your Asian-themed MOCs or samurai armies. The minifig trophy is nice, but nothing to get terribly excited about. Now that we have a gold and bronze trophy, is a silver too far away?
