The Pilot is composed of four main parts: helmet, head, torso, and legs.
The head gear is a dark brown variant of the aviator's helmet with gray goggles.
The head print is new with graying mustache.
The torso and arms are brown with yellow hands. The torso print resembles a leather bomber jacket. There's no printing on the back.
The legs and hips are dark tan with no visible print.
The accessory for this item is a backpack (part 2524) in dark tan. This is a new color for this part.

Army Building Potential
The ABP for the figure is moderate - the bomber jacket could be an item sought after in multiples. There's a fair contingent of WWII era fans who could help populate their minifig Air Force.
Feeling It Out
This one is tough. The helmet would be the thing to feel for, but could easily confused for items with other collectible minifigures. The backpack might also be an item to look for.
Bar Codes
Unlike previous series of collectible minifigures, there will be no secondary bar codes to help determine what figure is inside. The bomber jacket is the big draw here, as discussed above. The backpack in dark tan may also have appeal.
