The Frankenstein Monster is exclusive to set 8804, LEGO Series 4 Collectible Minifigures.
Parts and Accessories
The Monster is composed of four main parts – a head gear, head, torso, and legs.
The head gear is a sand green 'topper' which gives Frankenstein his flat top head. This appears to be a new mold different from part x231px1. The part has printed hair and a few band-aids on the forehead.
The head is sand green with a new facial print and large black eyes.
The torso and arms are in brown with sand green hands. The torso features tattered shirt and jacket. There is no printing on the back of the torso.
The legs and hips are brown without any visible print.

He may look a little alarming, but The Monster just wants to help everybody out. It’s really not his fault that he was constructed with tremendous strength and always ends up accidentally smashing everything around him into lots and lots of little bricks.
Whenever The Monster sees somebody struggling with a heavy load or trying to stack the last piece up on top of a wall, of course he runs right over to lend an enthusiastic helping hand. And no matter how many people may scream and run away, or how many building projects he may accidentally destroy, he always stays just as cheerful and friendly as the day he was first put together!

The ABP for this figure is low. Not likely to be sought in multiples.

Series 4 will be using the same 'dot code' approach to identifying which figures are inside each pack. The following dot codes were provided by minifigcollector.com who will have a corresponding app for Android smart phones. You can see the entire dot code sheet here.
Feeling It Out
The head piece would be your best bet here. Due to the shape and bulkiness, it's not likely to be confused with other parts from this series.
The Big Draw
The ability to own a variant of a minfigure that hasn't been available since 2002 is likely the draw here. It's also another monster minifig to add to the growing collection.
