The Kimono Girl is exclusive to set 8804, LEGO Series 4 Collectible Minifigures.
Parts and Accessories
The Kimono Girl is composed of four main parts – a hair piece, head, torso, and ‘dress slope’.
The hair piece is a direct reissue of part 93217 which last appeared with the Series 3 Sumo Wrestler. The hair piece appears to have a flower printed on the top of the head.
The head is in white with a female print including red lips.
The torso and arms are in red with white hands. The torso features a kimono flowered print and obi belt. There is print on the back of the torso, as seen in the Eurobricks review by White Fang.
The dress slope is a 2x2x2 brick with a 65 degree slope. The taller face of the brick continues the kimono print that began with the torso.
The accessory that comes with this figure is a new ‘folded fan’ element in dark red.

The Kimono Girl has the deepest respect for tradition. She has studied hard to learn exactly the way her traditional kimono robe should be worn, how her traditional makeup must be applied, and even just the right angle for holding her traditional folding fan.
The Kimono Girl’s most favorite tradition of all is haiku poetry. She writes haiku verses about everything that she sees and does during the day. She’s gotten so good at it that she can have entire conversations in lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables!
Army Building Potential
The ABP for this figure is moderate. I could see the value of a few of these figures populating a street in an ABS Japan. I don’t, however, see these being sought in high levels, as you won’t be able to change kimono colors or other parts easily.

Series 4 will be using the same 'dot code' approach to identifying which figures are inside each pack. The following dot codes were provided by minifigcollector.com who will have a corresponding app for Android smart phones. You can see the entire dot code sheet here.
Feeling It Out
The dress slope or the fan should be easy enough to feel through the bag.
The Big Draw
I think this figure could compliment the Sumo Wrestler and Samurai from previous series, as well as the Ninjago theme. The fan element seeming interesting, but it's true value is yet to be seen.
