AlanBoar posted these wonderful Japanese women on the Eurobricks Minifig Customization Workshop. The use of the flippers to act as the sleeves of the kimono and the obi are fantastic.
These were created as part of the Bricks Adventure 2011 festival for their Japanese city display.
