Shilo Parker (Omicron) has been building several custom minifigures from the new Tron Legacy universe, including this 'program' primed for 'The Games'.
Using a LEGO Clikits bead to stand in for the identity disk, it even attaches to the back of the fig!
Shilo has also created versions of Gem and Rinzler in addition to this program. If you really want to see some thing cool, check out his latest version of the identity disk. He's not saying how it was made, but it glows in the dark and isn't a BrickArms prototype chakram!
