The Vampire is exclusive to set 8684, The Collectible Minifigure Series 2.Minifigure Parts and Accessories
The Vampire is composed of five main parts: hair, head, torso, legs, and cape. For this preview, I will largely make comparisons to the Vampire figure (hrf005) that came with the Studio line back in 2002 .
The hair piece appears to be the same part used for The Karate Master (part 64798), new in the black color.The head print is similar to the old vamp, but now features the ubiquitous white pupils and slight variations with the eyes and mouth. Unlike the old head, the new part is not double sided.
The torso is black with black arms and white hands. The print on the torso is nice and "vampy" featuring a medallion around the neck, red vest and tie, framed by a black jacket.
The legs and hip assembly are a simple black on black number.
The cape is a reissue of part x438, last seen on the Evil Wizard from Castle Fantasy (cas326).
The accessory that comes with "The Count" is a simple bat (part 30103).
Army Building Potential
The ABP for the figure is moderate. There's really only one part that for this figure that I see being sought after in multiples: the head.
Feeling It Out
This one's going to be tough. If the cape comes in a cardboard sleeve, then that might be your best bet.

“I’m supposed to drink WHAT?!”
The Vampire may be a 200-year-old creature of nightmare and legend, but that doesn’t mean that he has to be uncivilized. He likes to read comic books with his pet bat, take long walks by the seaside (after sunset, of course), and throw huge parties in his big stone castle.
He’s not a big fan of the more traditional vampire activities (though he has to admit that the flying is pretty cool), and much prefers a fruit smoothie to the classic beverage of choice. The local villagers might have been a little spooked at first, but now they’re very excited to have a friendly vampire in town!
The Big Draw
The standout here is the minifig head. Like The Zombie from the Series 1 collection, this head can be combined with other toros and hair pieces for some great custom pieces. For reference, the old vamp head (part 3626bpx110) averages $6 to $9 USD on BrickLink.
