Brickset is suggesting that Series 3 collectible minifigures are starting to show up in countries other than the US. UPDATE: It would seem that Series 3 minifigures were found in Cantebury (UK) at Finwicks. I've place a pin in that location and look forward to seeing more as Series 3 rolls out across Europe.
