LEGO Star Wars Minifigures: Mandalorians

These Mandalorian warriors are exclusive to set 7914, Mandalorian Battle Pack. Although these are variants of the new Bobba Fett figure, this is the first time these particular characters have made an appearance in the LEGO Star Wars universe.

Minifigure Parts and Accessories

Each of the four Mandalorians are identical and are made up of 5 parts: a helmet, head, torso, jet pack, and leg assembly.

The helmet mold is the same as part bb455, the helmet that came with the new 2010 Boba Fett. The printing and part color are the only things that have changed. The part itself is dark grey while the print is blue and white in addition to a black T-visor (distinctive to Mandalorian warriors through time).

The head, in light flesh, features a new print. They are similar, yet different from head prints that often appear with clone troopers. Although unconfirmed, it is suspected they may be modeled off of Death Watch commander Pre Vizsla.

The torso and arms are light blue with dark gray hands. The front of the torso is printed with gray Mandalorian shock trooper armor. With the jet packs in place, it is unlikely that there's a print on the back of the torso.

The dark gray jet pack that comes with these figures is part 64802.

The legs are light blue with dark gray hips. There is no visible print on either the hips or legs.

The accessories that come with this set are varied and include brick-built turret guns, long blasters, short blasters, and the new modified DC-17 blaster with a sight added on top.

The minifig resembles the basic members of the Clone Wars era Death Watch well. There was obviously a lot of detail left off to keep costs down. The middle figure in the picture above is Pre Vizsla in full battle regalia.

Army Building Potential

The ABP for these figures is moderate to high. I say moderate as I don't know if these guys are at the same level as clone or stormtroopers, but I can definitely see them being sought in multiples for various projects.

Big Draw

These guys are the closest you can get to Jango Fett in the new armor design.
