JasBrick continues to develop custom minfigures based on the Gears of War franchise.Hazel brings the guns, while the helmet appears to be a modified version of the Break Jaw helmet (part 63359) from the Agents line.
A custom zombie head to cap it all off and you have a fine specimen of a Locust Sniper in minifig form.
