BrickForge and BrickMania will be vendors at this weekend's Indy Brick Jamboree in Lebanon, Indiana.

Public hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm this Sunday. A great opportunity for fans in my part of the country to see some great exibitions while taking advantage of having Armothe and company on site (read: no shipping charges). If you have time this weekend, check it out and support the LEGO community in the mid-west.

• Keep checking in with Tiny Tactical to see when they plan on restocking their latest goods

• Be on the look out for a familiar name in custom houses to make a triumphant return
• Most importantly...start a new building or customization project!

When we return we won't be coasting into the new year. Oh, no. We've got more product reviews, interviews, and tutorials already in the works. We will have official pics of Series 3 and Star Wars 2011, and we will have guide entries for them. We of the Minifig Nation will continue to march triumphantly into the future! New Item at United Armory

Pedro has a new item in at United Armory, the Jin Roh Waist Armor. Made of soft plastic this part moves with your minifig. The item can be painted to match any armored concept you might be working on. (EDIT: As Jas points out in the comments, these flexible parts don't take paint well. Apologies for the confusion.) Given my recent fascination with Halo, I could see this complimenting a SPARTAN in sand green.

More BrickArms Prototype News from BrickCon

Badger continues to release new photos of the BrickArms prototypes that are appearing in Seattle this weekend. The updated items include:

• Sten Gun
• U Magazine
• Joint Force Sci-Fi Rifle (shown above)

There are also two new production items that will be available at the BrickArms store soon - the Modern Combat Helmet and Brodie Helmet!

Rumors of LEGO Harry Potter Visual Dictionary

A Modular Life blog has been a font of LEGO information as of late. The most recent news? A listing of several LEGO books planned for the near and mid-term future. The listings were found via searches of Amazon and another book website called The Book Depository.

The most interesting rumor? A possible LEGO Harry Potter Visual Guide slated for May 2011 from DK Publishing. What's still to be determined is whether or not it will include an exclusive minifigure similar to the LEGO Star Wars offering.
