If I remember correctly, Huw from Brickset found the first version of this Android app for the Series 1 Collectible Minifigures. I've now been informed that Nic Jansma has updated the app to now read the bar codes for Series 2 minifigures.Containing both the bar code info for US and EU, the app is unique in that it a little icon for each minifig you've found and collected (see screen shot).
