Earlier this month I mentioned that a LEGO Store employee claimed that there was a Star Wars magnet set featuring Admiral Ackbar that was scheduled to be released along side the two new Star Wars and Toy Story magnet sets. Well it seems we have some additional details thanks to Brickset.There were two typos on the packaging that prevented the set from being released. Instead of Admiral Ackbar and C-3PO we instead had Admiral Ackmar and C3-PO. Its not known why the print error occurred, but the solution was to over-sticker the packs with corrections.
Huw mentions that he found this at a LEGO retail store, so perhaps they are on their way!
